1What we collect

When you enter your email in “Let’s talk” or subscribe to the newsletter, we store:

  • Your email address.
  • Which form you used (contact or newsletter), and the first and latest date you sent it.
  • Your approximate country, from the network. Never your exact location.

We don’t ask for your name, phone number or anything else.

2Why we use it

  • Contact form: only to reply to your enquiry.
  • Newsletter: to send you the updates you signed up for.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

3How long we keep it

One year from your latest contact, then it is deleted automatically. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

4Where it is stored, and who sees it

It is stored securely and encrypted on our servers. Only our team can access it. We never sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

5How we protect it

  • All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
  • Protection against automated spam and flooding.
  • Limited access to the data.

6Your rights

At any time, you can:

  • Correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter.

7Cookies and tracking

Our site uses no cookies and no advertising trackers. The only thing saved in your browser is your language choice (Arabic or English).

8Changes to this policy

If we change anything here, we will update the date at the top of this page.
